100% Trade-In Policy
- If you purchase a rug from us, you can return it, at any time in your life for 100% of your purchase price in store credit.
- To be valid, the rug may not be cut, burned, stained, have fringe damage, or other damage that affects sellable value.
- Cleaning and repair fees may be deducted from your credit at the time of your trade-in.  
- The rug must have been professionally cleaned by our service at least once every two years to validate the trade-in policy.
- Trade-in store credit may only be used toward the purchase of an in-stock rug.
- Trade-in store credit may only be applied to our normal pricing and is not valid towards sale or special discounts.
- In store credits from rug returns may not be applied towards furniture purchases.
- Custom orders will be reviewed for trade-in on a case by case basis.
- Store credit will not be exchanged for cash refunds.

Try-Before-You-Buy On Approval Policy
- You can take any rug home for a "test drive."  
- Our on approval trial period allows you to borrow the rug without purchasing it.  
- This allows you to see the piece in you own decor, making your decision to purchase easier.  
- A credit card number is required for in-state customers.
- Out of state customers require a 100% deposit, which will be refunded if the rug is not kept.  
- Any rugs not returned after 7 days will result in the credit card with the account being charged.
- This policy is applicable to in-stock items only.

Lowest Price Guarantee
We promise that rug for rug, quality for quality, we will not be undersold.  We guarantee that we will give you the lowest price or we
will beat any competitors advertised price by at least 10%. At Lexington Oriental Rugs we take pride in providing only the finest rugs
at the lowest possible prices, so buy with confidence knowing that we stand behind our claim of better value...every day.

Custom Orders
- Due to the nature of custom ordered rugs, the following policies are necessary to provide the best quality and lowest prices.  
- Once an order is placed, it is not cancellable or refundable.  
- A 50% deposit is required prior to placing the order, this deposit is also non-refundable.  
- The balance of the invoice is due at the time of delivery.
- Custom ordered rugs are reviewed and made eligible for our 100% Trade-in Policy on a case by case basis.

Cleaning and Repair
Lexington Oriental Rugs employs an expert staff to perform cleaning and repair services for our clients.  All service are completed by
hand without the use of machines or chemicals.  See store manager for quotes and details.

Returns
- Rugs may only be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Any change in the original condition of the rug will result in forfeiture of the return policy.
- Custom ordered rugs may not be returned.

unconditionally accepted by you, the purchaser.

Once an order has been entered into production it is usually not possible to cancel or make any changes. Your order must be
accepted as ordered.

Along with your completed order form, we require a payment method to process your order.  Your payment will be processed at
the time that the order is placed.

A copy of your sales invoice will be mailed to you after your order has been placed. It is also your responsibility to be sure you review
and check your sales invoice to be sure we have placed your order correctly. If you do not receive your copy within 7-10 days of placing
your order or if you have any questions or concerns please contact your sales associate.

Also note, Lexington Furniture Company cannot be responsible for errors pertaining to information you may have received from other
sources. If there are costs associated to correcting these errors it will be done at your request and expense. Should you receive
incorrect information from a manufacturer's web site, we will be happy to support you in making a claim to them, although we assume
no responsibility.

By including your email address on the order form, you are opting in to the mailing list of Lexington Furniture Company.  Your email
address will be used solely by Lexington Furniture Company.  Your information will not be sold or traded.  If you would like to provide
your email for correspondance with Lexington Furniture Company during the ordering process only, please indicate on your order form
you would like to be excluded from the mailing list.
Shipping Information- FREE SHIPPING! __________________________________
All orders for area rugs will be sent FREE of shipping charges within the USA, excluding Hawaii & Alaska.

We will ship your order (up to 150 pounds) via UPS or Federal Express. For orders weighing over 150 pounds, other arrangements will
have to be made. All rugs and pads will be professionally wrapped. If rug is damaged in shipping, please save all packaging materials
and notify Lexington Oriental Rugs the same day that it is received.

Lexington Oriental Rugs reserves the right to ship all purchases only to the address that your credit card bill is mailed. Orders for area
rugs, oriental rugs, rug padding & accessories will be sent FREE of shipping charges within the USA, excluding Hawaii & Alaska. UPS
and FedEx will only ship to street addresses and not PO Boxes. If an order needs to be shipped via USPS, we will contact you about
the availability to ship this way. Many of our orders are drop shipped from our supplier warehouses; some of them do not offer
shipping via USPS. We will ship your order up to 150 pounds via UPS or FedEx. For orders weighing over 150 pounds, other
arrangements will have to be made. Most ordered rugs, if available for shipping should be received within 5-14 days.

Lexington Oriental Rugs will contact you about added shipping costs for purchases going to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. For
purchases being shipped to Canada, the purchaser is responsible for all import taxes and custom fees due. Alex Cooper reserves the
right not to ship outside the USA.

Upon receipt of your purchase please inspect the package before unpacking. If the packaging material has been ripped and the rug
seems dirty or damaged, email chad@lexingtonorientalrugs.com or call 859-254-4412 before opening the package. After
pre-inspecting carefully unwrap the packaging material and INSPECT both sides of the rug for damage. If you see a rip, water stain or
other damage, please keep all packaging materials. It is very difficult and very unlikely to receive an insurance claim from UPS or
FedEx if you do not keep the packaging material.

Do not destroy or throw away packaging material, you may use this later if your wish to return the rug.
Return Policy, Cancellations, Exceptions __________________________________
You must notify us to receive a return authorization via email at chad@lexingtonorientalrugs.com or telephone at 859-254-4412 to notify
us that you will be returning your purchase.

Rugs may only be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
You must contact us for a return authorization before returning your rug.
Any change in the original condition of the rug will result in forfeiture of the return policy.
Custom ordered rugs may not be returned.

When returning a rug:
•        Use original wrapping material.
•        Re-tape package with UPS tape.
•        Do not put tape on rug or fold rug.
•        Insure package for full amount paid.
•        Return Shipping Costs and Liability is buyer's responsibility.

Lexington Oriental Rugs will accept the return of rugs purchased through our online site, as long as it is returned within 7 days of
receipt.

Exceptions

All sales are final and we will not accept the return under any circumstances for Custom Ordered Rugs, Roll Runners, Wall Hanger
Kits, Discontinued Items, Sale Rugs (unless otherwise stated on the collection & design page) & Rug Pads. Custom Ordered Rugs
for example include Nourison Custom Rugs, Roll Runners and special ordered rugs that are not currently in our stock.  

Is there a restocking fee?

Lexington Oriental Rugs will refund the total purchase price of the returned rug for sizes less than or equal to a 9 ft. x 12 ft. or 108
square feet, as long as we receive it back in its exact condition as sent to you and within 7 days after your receipt date. For area rugs
larger a 9 ft. x 12 ft. or 108 square feet there is a 10% restocking charge as long as we receive it back in its exact condition as sent to
you and within 7 days after your receipt date. NOTE: RETURN SHIPPING COST is BUYERS' RESPONSIBILITY. Your date of receipt of
the merchandise is readily available to us from UPS and FedEx.

Lexington Oriental Rugs reserves the right not to accept the rug(s) back or refund the purchase price after 7 days of your receipt of
them. If there are stains, dirt, or tears, Lexington Oriental Rugs reserves the right not to accept the merchandise or offer a refund. All
returned rugs should have original tags attached!

Refusing a Shipment
If you reject a shipment that you placed with Lexington Oriental Rugs, you will still be responsible for the return shipping costs and a
10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
